My role as project lead involved organizing roles and tasks for all of my team members. I had to define the tasks our partner client was looking for from us in our deliverables and break that up amongst all of my team members.
Throughout the project, we researched the hydroponic farming industry that Clayton Farms operates within as well as the local Twin Cities and Des Moines area so that we could determine the best location to launch a new farm for Clayton Farms. Clayton Farms runs a delivery service, and they were hoping to expand beyond their initial delivery radius, so we were able to help them optimize their new farm location to meet the needs of the most customers.
